Don’t sweat the small stuff

Even if you have a problem and it seems big like a road block, it is probably a lot of smaller problems built up into one. If you can’t fix it in one go break it down or find a way around it.

Everything is rarely a matter of life or death. Most things really don’t matter in the end. No one will ask you at the gates of heaven if all your floors are clean or all your ironing is done. Or whether all your children were washed on the correct day. So don’t sweat it, it’s life. Life is continuous: there are always concerns. There always will be. If it helps, write down your worries and put the list in your bag. Then you can refer to it as you get through your chores. That frees up your head for other less silly anxieties.
