Most days I start the day planning to have lots of patience. That usually lasts about an hour and then I get sucked into the day and forget all about it. Well now I am going to begin with those little tiny baby steps. So many issues over the day can truly try our patience and then we end up frustrated, irritated and sometimes even yelling, it is such a waste of time.

Consciously planning to have five minutes of patience when we happen upon a situation can change our whole outlook on what is happening.

What we want to achieve seems the important one and the interruptions and blocks can prove very trying. However when we practice a little patience we (often by our own actions) encourage a better reaction in those around us. The situations are calmed down and we actually achieve a lot more. So I am starting with five minutes and I hope over time to work up to maybe fifteen. How about you?
